It's here! The Fall season has arrived and with it the best weather we get all year!
The heat and humidity is breaking! Come on down THIS WEEKEND! All of the problems getting through the wash in Sonoyta have been eliminated! The rains have stopped and water is now UNDER the passage and not flowing OVER it anymore. AND, one side of the NEW bridge being re-built on the main road (Highway 2) that goes through town is open, one lane each way. That means the truck and bus traffic is now using the bridge, leaving much less pressure on the wash passage and the roads around it. PLUS, shrimp season is ON! Shrimp boats are bringing in the first catch of the season! The local restaurants and watering holes are busy stocking up for your visit. The seafood is spectacular, the sunsets even MORE spectacular, and the mid-80 degree waters of the Sea of Cortez are awesome!
And while here, the Real Estate market conditions are producing some incredible opportunities for great deals!
